ScopePaid is intended for legitimate client-scope and approval workflows. We do not undertake to monitor every record, but we may investigate reports and enforce this policy where appropriate.

• Using ScopePaid for unlawful activity
• Fraud, scams or commercial misrepresentation
• Fabricating or altering approval records to deceive someone
• Impersonating another person or business

• Harassment, abusive or threatening content
• Privacy violations or doxxing
• Unauthorised collection of personal data

• Credential theft or phishing
• Distributing malware
• Security testing without prior written permission
• Bypassing authentication, authorisation or workspace isolation
• Harvesting or guessing approval tokens
• Scraping, denial-of-service or automated abuse
• Interfering with service operation

• Bypassing plan limits or entitlement controls
• Reverse engineering where legally restrictable
• Spam
• Uploading or using stolen contracts or content you do not have rights to use
• Misusing client approval links

• Using AI features to generate deceptive legal, pricing or approval claims
• Presenting AI suggestions as certified legal advice or automatic final decisions
• Attempting to extract other customers’ data through AI or prompt abuse

Where we reasonably believe this policy was violated, we may:

• Investigate the activity
• Temporarily restrict features
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Preserve evidence where lawful
• Report unlawful activity to authorities when required or appropriate
