Capture a client message, classify it manually, and set hours or price.

From a project, choose Add client request, paste the message, then set classification and effort.

Request analysis

Use allowed transitions and review status history.

Open the request detail page and advance status only along allowed transitions.

Open a project → History for project-level events. Open a request → Activity for request-specific events.

Projects

Publish a live approval page, preview it, then copy the secure link or send it by email.

Add or paste the client request, compare it with the confirmed Original scope, and classify it as Included, Additional work or Need more information. Confirm client price and delivery impact when applicable, review the client-safe message, then prepare an editable approval draft on Request → Approval. Publish the approval page, preview the client page, then copy the secure link or explicitly choose Send by email. Wait for the client to Approve additional work, Keep original scope, or Ask a question. Publishing creates the live approval page. ScopePaid does not automatically email the client. Copy the link for manual sharing or choose Send by email.

Revoke or regenerate an approval link from Request → Approval.

Open Request → Approval, then use More options / Manage approval links to Revoke or Regenerate the active link.

Explicitly select Analyse with AI on a request. Suggestions stay drafts until you review them.

Open a request and choose Analyse with AI. Review every suggestion before applying.

AI proposes a classification; you decide what to keep, edit or discard.

Treat AI labels as drafts. Confirm against your locked baseline before sending to a client.

Free includes in-app alerts and essential client-decision email notifications. Solo and Studio add broader optional owner email notifications when delivery is configured.
